I quit smoking-The Assessment is a Mirror

We can all live in our lives in "comfort"/denial or we can do the assessment honestly and acknowledge the reality of how we're living to make change for the better. I know I wouldn't've of even considered quitting smoking if I didn't answer all the questions Jenny asks during the assessment, after that, the most obvious unhealthy habit came to the forefront of my mind and I took action. And I'm not going to sit here and tell you that I eat healthy ALL the time and that I'm in immaculate shape but I have for the past 2 years quit a 13 year addiction and the reason I even began to approach that was Nourish Your Shine! After I quit I had more energy, was less depressed, consciously considered my health more, went through yoga teacher training, exercised regularly, had less anxiety, am stronger, am more confident, have less negative thinking and overall feel healthier but most importantly I have hope! It takes a facing the facts to start to a journey into a healthier lifestyle, be brave (it doesn't happen overnight) have love and patience with yourself, Jen will too!
